my go-to lunch salad

Mixed greens topped with chopped walnuts, Gorgonzola, shaved Parmesan, and a halved pear; with drizzled pear and white balsamic vinaigrette.

I really like making salads in the summer. It's easy to throw together fresh ingredients while getting a serving of fruits and vegetables. In this post I'm not sharing a recipe. I'm just hoping that you will read this and be inspired to freshen up your lunch with some seasonal salads!
