My skincare routine!
Good afternoon everyone,
Recently I opened up on Snapchat encouraging everyone to send me questions for a Q&A. A lot of people asked me about my skincare routine, and wanted to know more about which products that I use on my face. So I decided to gather up all of my absolute favs for this post. I feel like my skin changes a lot every week, so I use a few different products to keep everything in harmony.
1. First Aid Beauty- face cleanser
Use: everyday
This is one of my favourite products. I wash my face every night before bed with this cleanser. It's super gentle and it works wonders at removing makeup!
2. Bondi Sands- everyday face tanner
Use: twice per week
Most people use primer or moisturizer before applying makeup but I love to use the Bondi Sands tanner specifically designed for your face and neck. All of my makeup has spf so it can be hard to get a natural looking tan on my face in the summer!
3. Origins- checks and balances face cleanser
Use: a couple of times per week
This is a great deep cleanser for any type of skin. It's really gentle yet effective.
4. Lush- ocean salt scrub
Use: once per week
This was a product that my sister recommended to me. It quickly became one of my all-time favourites! Everyone has to try this scrub, my skin feels so unbelievably soft after I use it. Also, the smell is amazing!
5. Boscia- luminizing black mask
Use: once per month
This is a really intensive peel but it works well for lifting away any type of dirt that can clog pores (bye blackheads)!
6. Dermaquest- mini pumpkin mask
Use: once per month
I was given this product a few months ago and I really love it! The mini pumpkin peel smells so nice and it also works really well, even on sensitive skin.
7. Glam Glow- supermud clearing treatment
Use: every other week
This is my favourite skincare product of all time, hands down. It works wonders on breakouts because it uses a lot of ingredients specifically formulated to fight acne. It’s worth the hype!
8. La Roche-Posay- effaclar duo
Use: occasionally, before bed
Finally, I really like effaclar duo, it’s a light moisturizer that also helps fight breakouts. I don’t use it often, just when my skin feels a little bit dry.
