It's September, yay!

I feel I should do a 'life update' but there's no way I can possibly summarize in full what has all happened in the past months.

This summer has been absolutely crazy, and nothing short of challenging. There have been a lot of ups and downs. I lost a very close member of my family this summer- very unexpectedly. My amazing grandmother passed away after a significant health battle that shocked our whole family and her community. This significant loss was very difficult for us but staying busy and active has certainly helped us cope.

More recently, I sold my very first home! I was so excited to close the deal and move to my new home. I'm in the process of setting everything up exactly how I like it, and I've decided to do a house tour on my blog as soon as I have it decorated. Stay tuned!
