24 hours in Los Angeles
I was invited to Los Angeles with Victoria's Secret to attend an amazing event with VS model, Martha Hunt! It was a super quick trip, with only a short stay in the city. I know LA is a major connector for many people, especially those traveling to and from the Southern and Eastern hemispheres, so layovers are super common. Since my trip, I've had so many people ask me on social media for LA recommendations, so I've compiled my list of how I spend 24-hours in LA.
Morning activity:
Traveling can be exhausting so waking up and doing something good for your body can make all the difference in kickstarting your day. There are classes for every fitness level and interest. My sister and I personally like to opt for a low-intensity energizing class like meditation. I highly recommend the DEN in LA for a positive and uplifting class.
One big activity:
If you only have 24 hours to check out a city you obviously have to plan super carefully. I like to do one 'big' activity that takes about 3-4 hours total. Some great ideas for this time block are: the Runyon Canon Park hike, Universal Studios Hollywood, or the Los Angeles County Museum of Arts (LACMA). Side note: a lot of people really want to do the Hollywood sign hike, but Runyon Canon is a pretty epic hike and as pictured above, you can see the Hollywood sign in perfect view too!
Lunch break:
In my opinion, it's best to opt for a quick breakfast bar on the go and then wait until lunch to really dig in for some amazing eats. Los Angeles has incredible options, and a healthy lunch will make you feel the energy of the city even more! I recommend for healthy and delicious eats, with patio seating available!
After lunch:
Block off your time after lunch in two-hour sections. If you're up for shopping check out Rodeo Drive. It can be done in under two hours and there are lots of great cafe options to grab a coffee during this time. Then head back to your room and drop of your bags/freshen up or take a rest.
Evening:
My absolute best evening recommendation is to go and check out Griffith Observatory. It's the perfect place to view the sunset and take photos!
Dinner:
I like to spend the last part of my 24 hours enjoying a really nice meal. I personally love Italian food, and therefore would highly recommend Via Alloro Ristorante in Beverly Hills.
Hope you enjoy your stay and as always email me or message me on Instagram and let me know your thoughts!
